📄 Cloxy User Service Agreement

Welcome to use the network acceleration services provided by Cloxy (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "Cloxy"). Before you register, download, use the Cloxy application, or visit our official website (https://cloxy.io), please read and agree to the following terms of service carefully.

1️⃣ Acceptance of the Agreement

By registering an account, purchasing a package, or using Cloxy services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by all the contents of this agreement. If you do not agree to any part of this agreement, please stop using our services immediately.

2️⃣ Service Description

Cloxy provides cross-border network acceleration services, aiming to help users improve connection quality, access restricted content (such as Google, YouTube, ChatGPT, etc.), and accelerate cross-border work efficiency.

We do not provide illegal circumvention, avoidance of national legal supervision, or tools for engaging in illegal activities. Users are responsible for their own usage behavior.

3️⃣ User Registration and Account Security

• Users must provide legal and valid email addresses to register a Cloxy account
• Users should properly safeguard their account information; any actions taken from the account are considered the user's own
• If you discover your account is stolen or there is abnormal login activity, please contact customer service immediately

4️⃣ User Conduct Guidelines

When using Cloxy services, users must not engage in the following behaviors:

• ❌ Use the service to access, transmit, store, or publish content that violates local laws and regulations
• ❌ Engage in any network attacks, intrusions, scanning, cracking, spam, or other illegal activities
• ❌ Use Cloxy to build proxy services or share accounts
• ❌ Use the service for fraud, gambling, money laundering, pornography, violence, or other illegal activities

If users violate the above rules, Cloxy reserves the right to suspend or terminate services without prior notice and pursue legal responsibility.

5️⃣ Service Fees and Refund Policy

• Cloxy offers different packages for users to choose from; specific prices are subject to the official website
• All paid services, once activated, are non-refundable
• Temporary service interruptions due to server maintenance, network failures, etc., are not considered a breach of contract

6️⃣ Service Changes and Interruptions

• Cloxy reserves the right to adjust service content, node regions, and pricing plans according to business development
• If service suspension is required for maintenance, we will notify users in advance via the website or email
• Service interruptions caused by force majeure (such as policy changes, network blockades, natural disasters, etc.) are not our responsibility

7️⃣ Intellectual Property Statement

All clients, website content, trademarks, and related resources provided by Cloxy are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Without authorization, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or use them for commercial purposes.

8️⃣ Disclaimer

• Cloxy is not responsible for any third-party website content accessed through the service
• We are not liable for losses caused by user errors, device issues, network fluctuations, or unauthorized use
• Users bear all risks and responsibilities for using the service

9️⃣ Service Termination

• Cloxy reserves the right to suspend or terminate services at any time if users violate the terms
• Users may also stop using Cloxy at any time; for paid services, fees are non-refundable

🔗 Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

This agreement is governed by the laws of the service provider's location (Hong Kong or Singapore, etc.). In case of disputes, both parties should negotiate; if negotiation fails, submit to the court with jurisdiction at the service provider's location.
