Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

❓ Why can't I access the internet after connecting?

Possible reasons include:

→ Try switching between Wi-Fi/mobile data, or reconnect using a hotspot.

  2. Node is overloaded or unavailable
→ Open the client and try switching to another node.

  3. Incorrect DNS resolution
→ Enable custom DNS in the client settings (recommended: 8.8.8.8 or 1.1.1.1).

🔐 Still can't open some websites after connecting?
  • Check if split tunneling mode is enabled
→ Some sites may default to direct connection. Try switching to "Global Proxy Mode" or add custom rules.
